Few ever achieve quick weight loss.
Hardly anyone knows how to lose weight, and those that do aren’t using the secret ingredient that will bring about amazingly quick weight loss.
Essentials Before Secrets
Have you ever tried to lose weight only to be disappointed? Maybe even gained weight in the process?
Before any secret ingredient can help you out you need to understand the basics of how to actually lose weight.
The key to losing weight is diet. It is all about how much you eat, and what (this can really help).
If your diet is not in order, there is no other step you can take that will bring about permanent weight loss. Once your diet is working for you other things can begin to help.

Now let’s get to the secret ingredient to quick weight loss.
The Secret Ingredient to Quick Weight Loss
To help with weight loss you can add exercise to a good diet. Those together will help increase your results.
But our secret ingredient isn’t just any exercise. I have seen to many people bust out endless cardio and never lose weight.
The Secret Ingredient is to lift heavy stuff.
Sound too simple? Simple or not it works.
I personally struggled for months to be able to lose more than a pound or two in a month.
My wife tried for years to be able to lose weight and keep it off.
We started lifting heavy stuff in addition to a good diet and started losing 2-3 pounds a week or more.
You can lift heavy stuff in a lot of ways. Here are just a few that worked very well for us:
- Do Kettlebell Workouts.
- Do Push-Ups, Pull Ups, Lunges, and Squats.
- Lift Weights (like barbells & dumbbells)
Body weight exercises like push-ups, pull ups, lunges, and squats work very well.
Using kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells are great as well.
The key is to use weights that challenge you.
Here are two simple plans for lifting heavy stuff. These will only take about 10 minutes a session.
Get a kettlebell. Do 50 swings a day 3 times a week.
Take as many breaks as you need to to reach 50.
When you can do 50 swings in a row without much difficulty start using a heavier weight.
What weight to start with? Start at a weight that is difficult to swing 20 times initially but not too hard to do 10 with. If you are buying it to use at home be sure to try them out a bit to get the weight that challenges you to start out with.
Do 3 rounds of push-ups, pull ups, and squats or lunges 3 times a week. For each round do as many of each exercise as you can. Take a 1 minute break between rounds.
With both idea #1 and #2 you will notice I said workout 3 times a week. When you lift heavy stuff your body needs to have a chance to rest and recover. Especially if you are just starting out.
Here are some other workouts that I recommend if you want something a bit more structured or advanced. I like this bodyweight workout, & this weight lifting workout. Both worked well for me especially when I needed a bit more advanced workout.

Your Simple Plan to Quickly Losing Weight
We have already covered that diet is the essential key to losing weight.
Now you know the secret ingredient to quickly losing weight.
Step two is to workout 3 or 4 times a week. You will do 2 things each workout.
- Do your lift heavy things workout.
- Then do cardio (whatever you like) for 20 minutes to an hour.
Step three is to stick with it and have patience. Results can take time but they will definitely come!
What workout are you going to follow to see quick results?
Why Lifting Heavy Stuff Speeds up Weight Loss
I honestly didn’t know why lifting heavy stuff sped up weight loss for my wife and I at first. I just saw amazing results.
It turns out that when you lift heavy things your body is more likely to release fat to be used for energy. When fat gets released it is easier to burn. This is why we recommend doing some cardio after lifting heavy things so you can use up as much of this released fat as possible.
Lifting heavy stuff can also cause your body to burn an increased level of calories for up to 24 hours, sometimes more.
When you do cardio exercises your body burns calories while doing them, but after you are done the after burn last only 30 minutes to an hour. Much less than 24 hours.
So put them strategically together like in the plan above and get the best of both worlds.
Secret Ingredient = Amazing Results
Lastly, you get some amazing results from lifting heavy stuff consistently.
- Your body burns lots of calories after you lift heavy stuff, which results in faster weight loss.
- It will strengthen your bodies muscle. This will help your body to function better, and be healthier.
- You will also be reshaping your body to look much better (toning and firming things up), not just making a skinnier version of you.
- This is the best way to get amazing 6 pack abs.
If you are a woman that wants to avoid adding muscle but still wants to tone and firm up, start with not doing as much leg work. Also check out this guide that helps women do exactly that.
If you are ready to really lose weight, then this secret ingredient is something you need to use to your advantage. Without it you are not going to experience results as fast as you could otherwise!
Now it’s time to pick a plan for lifting heavy stuff that works for you, and get started! Quick weight loss is just around the corner!
